Confidentiality Agreement

All materials submitted through the ZEROtime Capital Pitch Deck Review service, including but not limited to pitch decks, company information, financial data, and supplementary notes, are treated as strictly confidential information. This obligation extends to all formats and derivatives of the submitted materials.

ZEROtime Capital will not share, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise make available any submitted materials to any third party for any reason, whether commercial or non-commercial, without the prior written consent of the applicant.

Submitted materials are processed solely by zerotime AI, ZEROtime Capital's proprietary evaluation engine, for the exclusive purpose of generating a pitch deck review and feedback report. No human reviewers outside of ZEROtime Capital's authorized personnel will have access to the materials.

Materials are retained only for the duration necessary to generate the review report and for a reasonable period thereafter for quality assurance purposes. Applicants may request deletion of all submitted materials at any time by contacting ZEROtime Capital, and such requests will be honored within 30 business days.

Materials are processed by zerotime AI, ZEROtime Capital's proprietary intelligence engine. No submitted content is used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve AI models. No submitted content is shared with third-party AI providers, cloud services, or any external processing systems.

ZEROtime Capital will not use any information contained in submitted materials to develop competing products, services, or business strategies. The information gained from reviewing submitted materials will not be used to the detriment of the applicant in any way.

All intellectual property rights in submitted materials remain exclusively with the applicant. Submission of materials for review does not constitute any transfer, assignment, or license of intellectual property rights to ZEROtime Capital.

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting submitted materials, ZEROtime Capital will notify all affected applicants within 72 hours of discovering the breach. Notification will include a description of the breach, the types of data affected, and steps being taken to mitigate any harm.

This Confidentiality Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.

ZEROtime Capital is a demonstration platform created for educational and illustrative purposes. No real documents are processed, stored, or transmitted. No real confidential information is collected. The pitch deck review feature simulates AI-powered feedback using metadata only. This confidentiality policy is provided to demonstrate best practices in handling sensitive applicant materials.
